  1. Yup, those tax cuts are funded by sales and lease back, bonds, etc. I still don't understand why would a government issue bonds and then tax cut at the same time, it is ridiculous.

  2. You are not moving far enough if you think NJ is cheap alternative. You are still competing with NYC expat bankers, you won't get the cheap price you wanted. The good news though is your customer base may actually BE in NJ so you won't lose a lot of them.
