  2. Cable internet is monopoly in the US, you cannot switch to anyone unless you call yourself. Usually I just tell them the account owner died and you better cancel it and we are the bank and we are not paying for it.

  5.  @Tonyplat98  Of course it is sarcasm, they use use businesses addresses as an excuse that you have to do business class internet, and my friend's office have no choice but to either pay for it or go wireless (LTE) for very little data.
