  1. Someone in China will come up with a programmable device that you can program after replacement. BMW did that stupid oil change need to replace a chip BS, and some aftermarket dude come up with a programable chip to defeat that.

  2. Fuck finger print sensor. I can't use it because my finger prints are all jack up from washing dishes. The way it will go in the future is: you buy something with a low cost, keep using it till it depreciate so much if it breaks you buy a used one, or you buy something expensive with an insurance, and let the insurance company or manufacture's insurance department deal with the damage. Or you buy from an honest company that makes simple repairable stuff (i.e. One Plus, Huawei, XiaoMi, whoever else still in business).
