  1. To be honest I don't think anyone should do dine in nowadays. Why would anyone? I'd definitely do take out and delivery only, and in this case, why even owning a restaurant when you can just cook out of your own apartment and have someone deliver it to your customers?

  2. Of course not, it is only to reduce the "blast radius" of the infection from the whole restaurant to people within the same tent. Say you have 10 tents total it will reduce the infected people 10x, not eliminate. I'm not going to these restaurants for sure, only take outs that I can microwave later.
