  1. Because Lenovo is a former IBM Thinkpad company, they know how to treat enterprise customers, Apple is a fashion company and they know how to make them look like a Luxury brand and that's it. If you buy from a company that has enterprise market you will get better service, always.

  2. They do, and the new grads joining workforce have a choice between 13" macbook pro vs 15" Latitude or Thinkpad, they somehow always picked the 13" macbook pro instead...
