  1. You see now why China is being targeted as they offer competition for lending to 3rd world countries. World Bank & IMF want a monopoly on these debt so they can control the 3rd world, without China offering another choice. (China charges Bangladesh 6% and everyone on the social media bashing it vs the 1% Japan charges, yet not a person talk about 9% IMF charges Ukraine).
