  4.  @huesenpaul  If you want no objection you sort of need to defend yourself in these hearing for all the complains, like "this is allowed" or "we meet the requirement listed here" or "we will fix it for the next revision before the next hearing".

  5.  @huesenpaul  Sort of. You have approval process in a room with a lot of gov officials and between developer and neighborhood residents facing each other, with arguments and data to support what is and isn't allowed.
