  1.  @MS-jb2fe  Law and order in Delhi is under Amit shah. So he should be kicked. Why can't the central govt do a notification like it did for Jallikattu. Vehicles and coal fire does not emit as much chemical fumes as firecrackers in such a short time. Whether it be Diwali, muharram or New year, people should abstain from fire crackers.
