  2.  @ojas7277  Not all Indians go legally to UK or US. Most of the mexican jails are filled with Indians and as per UK Home office, there are 100,000 indians staying illegal in UK. Neither of UK home minister or US vice president are Indian

The vaccine has been offered free as well as many medicines and oxygen concentrators to India during second wave. 90% of Indians vaccinated with our vaccine and India was the largest recipent of free vaccines from Gavi, which we funded. Look at your per capita GDP of 2000 USD vs our 40,000 USD.
