Vegetarian is not Vegan. There are enough options in the west for Vegans, but not much in India.

@deepak44222 Trump eats cow everyday. Modiji and Sanghis love Trump. Jews too eat cow and do not eat pork like muslims, but Sanghis love Jews.

@manasraj2632 Yes. Taking milk harms them. Milk is meant for their babies and not babies of other species. Vegans are not stupid. Vegetarians who drink milk and say they worship cows are stupid.

As if Ghee and Paneer and Kaju Katli does not have any of them. Sugar and Carb overload is what creates more diseases than anything else.

@_user0037 Anecdote is not evidence. Life expectancy in India is 10 years lower than the west. Carbs and Sugar based diet also does not help.

@manasraj2632 Every country has many. Most of the vegetarian dishes you see in all countries would not have been possible centuries back as Chillies, Potatoes and Tomatoes are all recent introduction to Asia and Europe.

There are so many alternatives. Soy based, Jackfruit, Breadfruit, Aubergine, Nuts etc. Nothing offers the variety offered by Soy. Soy chunks, Tofu, Soy milk etc.
