Doesn't work that way. You have to pick a lane. All of the countries that have state medical care also aren't huge exporters like the US is. The entire world's medical industry rests on our shoulders, and I agree, it's fucked up that we do so much and have so little left to give to our own people, but that's your fault too, that's leftist policies.   16.  @alibitter6361  because it's not up to the state to govern morals, nobody gets to dictate what morals people live by. The law exist just as a loose guideline of morals to prevent people from victimizing others as best as possible. It's up to you to set your own moral framework.
