Usually not a good idea to tear everything down without a plan of what to build in it's place. Not a good idea even if you do have a plan, because you're going to be left with nothing in the interim.

@kurisu7885 do you honestly think the obscenely rich didn't think ahead, and everything happening is just oversight? Holy shit. Never ceases to amaze me how even when leftists are accidentally right about something, which is rare, it's for all the wrong reasons, and they're 20 miles away on what the root of the problem is and why. The closest you can ever come to being right is by just observing that there's a problem. Which isn't saying a lot, everyone can see that.
