"we don't paint entire races as bad. Not even whites." That phrase cracked me up.

Or maybe it's because Romans and Greeks left more evidence of how they constructed their buildings? Could be that. But sure, just jump to racism, that way you don't have to think critically about anything.

There are theories that the pyramids could have been some kind of fueling station for their crafts, some of them have mineshafts carved from different angles, like they could have been pouring different chemicals down different shafts to converge in the middle and create some kind of reaction. And I would say the building methods were pretty solid, considering there are so many ancient structures that are still mostly in tact, millennia after their construction.
2
@soulknife20 well they weren't tombs, we know that theory is bunk. So what do you think the pyramids were for?
2
Yep, leftism is rooted in racism.
2
A lot of indigenous groups straight up say aliens helped them build their civilizations, like the Hopi and their belief of "the star people". Is that racist too, or does it only count when white people say it?
2
@white_isnt_a_race2338 what protections under the law do white people have, that other races don't?
1
All leftists are racist.

Greeks and Romans had lore about Gods helping build their civilization, just like ancient American cultures, and other cultures all over the world.
1
@soulknife20 maybe because there is written record about the construction of the coliseum? Or just jump straight to racism, because you're a progressive, and calling everything racist is a convenient way to avoid thinking critically about anything.

@Alex-cq1zr there are actual blueprints explaining how the Greeks and Romans built their megalithic structures. There's no mystery there. We still don't know how ancient pyramids were built, and we can't recreate them even with modern technology. It's not racism to speculate about wild theories as to how they were built, it's human nature. We don't have all the pieces, and we're trying to figure it out.

Yea a lot of people have this perception that neanderthal died out because homo sapiens were smarter, and we probably were a little smarter, at least in some ways, but from my understanding the primary reason we won the survival of the fittest battle is because neanderthals were bigger, and needed more protein intake. When food was scarce, this was a huge evolutionary disadvantage.

@ShadowWalker-vq7kb maybe gold was just a side quest. Maybe their primary goal coming here was the plant the seeds of civilization, for some kind of experiment or other reason we don't know. And the gold was useful to them for other reasons.

@soulknife20 why would they bury people in some of them, but not all of them though? That doesn't make sense.
