  4. It's pretty customary to refer to all former presidents just as "President", I'm not sure about how she refers to them. But it's not something that typically different depending on whether or not you liked that president, President Obama was horrible but I still refer to him as President, usually at least, you can just say Trump or Obama or Kennedy, too, just for the sake of expedient conversation. But generally when someone says "former president" they're either being intentionally disrespectful or they just don't know any better. But I don't suspect either of you understand what respect is, since you've never earned respect from a single person in your lives, that's why you're leftists.
