@pisceanbeauty2503 so what? People have biases. You can't stop that. Writing biases into legislation isn't going to change that, you're just trying to fight perceived bias with institutional bias. And creating more bias in the process.

@pisceanbeauty2503 yea that's..... Precisely what it does. Because anyone who's qualified for a position doesn't need affirmative action, they would already be qualified with or without any extra help.

@soulknife20 it's really not that hard. If you can't figure out how to fill out an application and make a resume, then you're too stupid to figure out how to do work. No amount of education can fix that, you're defective.
