@wvu05 the whole point of the prosecution is to show intent, not tell the jury what the intent is. He's supposed to present evidence that leads the jury to come to that conclusion on their own. This isn't a contradiction. And it's not difficult to understand either.

@morenitomoreno1282 he's never claimed to be a socialist, as far as I'm aware. He's a liberal, he supports socialist policies like welfare and M4A, he thinks the wealthy have an obligation to help the underprivileged, but he also believes in capitalism. He's a moderate. The fact that the left sees him as some kind of extremist just screams out loud how much further the left has gone, you can agree with him or disagree, as every reasonable person does with every other reasonable person, but there's nothing radical or "reactionary" about him, he's pretty damn close to the center on most issues.
