  1. There's quite a few black quarterbacks in the NFL. I don't hear anyone complaining about the lack of white running backs, or wide receivers.

  2.  @mbb6047  neither are black players. Owners draft the best players available, and coaches put the best players at the best position. Even if some of them are racist, they care about winning games and making money more than they care about racism. If even an ounce of what you were saying was true, we wouldn't see so many black players in the league in the first place.

  3. So I guess Cam Newton, Dak Prescott, Russell Wilson, and Deshaun Watson just don't exist? And I don't even follow football, that's just a few black quarterbacks off the top of my head, as a non fan. There's always a lot of over and under representation in sports by position, that's just sort of how it goes, due to physical differences, differences in youth sports by region, or by nation, etc etc etc. Middle infielders in baseball are disproportionately Latino, outfielders are disproportionately black, catchers are all white or Latino. (seriously, ALL of them, there's basically no such thing as black catchers, it's a weird thing). Everything isn't racism. Sports are one of the only professions left that are still merit based, owners care about money, they put the best players on the field at their best position so they have the best chance of winning. Even if some of them are racist, the color they care the most about is green.

  4. Does no leftist know that Kaepernick was benched the year before he started kneeling? Or do you know that, and you're just lying? This is easily verifiable information, just look up when his protest started and then look up his career stats, you'll see his games started dropped off before he ever started protesting. And he didn't get injured, his performance dropped off dramatically after his first few years in the league, they even tried to start him again when his replacement got hurt, and he still sucked.

  5. Yea it's an unfortunate thing that's becoming a growing problem, especially in the NFL with such a short season. If you start the season off 2-6 or something like that, it's actually a better strategy to just go ahead and suck and get that high draft pick, rather than claw and scratch for a minimal chance of the playoffs, and get a middle round pick for being halfway decent.
