I completely agree with you in principle, but that principle falls apart when these are not private businesses at all, but major businesses like banks and big tech that are working directly with the federal government.

Yep, I actually agree with TMR for once, racism in banking is a big problem, like Wells Fargo just announcing they were going to stop giving home loans to white people. Edited: they're not stopping lending to white people entirely, but they're focusing on "lending to minority communities", in other words, they will turn down applicants solely on the basis of skin color, and accept other applicants solely on the basis of skin color. A direct and clear violation of the civil rights act.

Redlining isn't racist, just because the people most commonly effected are black doesn't mean it's being done because they're black. There are more factors in determining whether someone will pay back a debt than just their credit history, for instance if someone has committed felonies before, this would make it a higher risk of default because they could commit another felony. Nobody is paying back a loan if they're in prison.

Rich people don't get audited because they're all on the same team, because the left votes for bigger government to solve all their daily problems. And for the record that 40% is a little higher than the overall amount of wealth they hold, which is about 37% of the national total. Again, if you want to say they should have to pay more than that, fine, you can be a pathetic loser communist if you want. But when you say they're not paying any taxes, you're either lying or completely uninformed.
