  2.  @barbiquearea  we already have that, there are homeless shelters in every major city. A lot of people don't want to stay there because they can't do drugs or panhandle for money. That's why they live on the streets. It's not pleasant, but it's reality. You can't save people from themselves.

Nobody is denied any kind of housing in the US, some people just refuse it.
