  2.  @ThePinkMan  or you could make better choices about your spending habits and take some of the time you would have worked at your second job to invest some time in your future, and learn some kind of skill or trade that can get you a better job, so you can only work one job. That's an idea too. But sure, just blame some invisible Boogeyman for your poor life choices and demand that the government fix your life for you. Tell me how that works out for you.
