Yea for being such self proclaimed "believers in science" and also generally anti-theist, leftists sure do seem to put themselves on a pedestal and think that humans somehow aren't animals. I don't know what they think we are. Of course they also have trouble figuring out whether they're a boy or a girl or a firetruck. So it's actually kind of consistent.

@LisaCupcake yea I work at a kennel and we have dogs that take "human" medicine all the time, normally just OTC bullshit like benadryl or something like that, but a lot of aspects of our anatomy are the same, or at least similar enough for drugs to have the same effect.

Lmao, I'm actually kind of surprised your vet even still pushes Science Diet, they have such a piss poor reputation for being basically the worst food you can possibly feed a dog or cat, at least the worst food aside from the absolute cheapest store bought off brand crap, most vets push Hill's now, which is the same thing with a different label, it's the parent company of Science Diet. But at least it doesn't say Science Diet on the label, to most pet owners see that label is synonymous with horse shit. They haven't quite caught on that Hill's is the exact same horse shit.

@Flufferz626 lmao, Royal Canin is shitty too. Unless cat food and dog food is dramatically different, I'm admittedly far more knowledgeable about dogs and dog food. But I don't see any reason why the same brand's cat food would be any better quality.

@Flufferz626 and that's all fine, I never said it was cheap. Although they do eat less Fromm than low quality food, because it doesn't have filler bullshit in it, it's just the things they actually need. So the same amount of Fromm will last significantly longer than cheaper foods. And I'm not trying to say that junk will kill them or anything, it's fine, but it's just like people eating junk food, it's not great for them. Over time it's more likely to cause health issues, the same as if a person eats too much junk food.
