I'm getting out ahead of this one, he shot her because she's a Trump supporter, or even a liberal that isn't completely bat shit insane far left. Baldwin is an idiot, and a crazy person, but he's not so stupid he would do this by sheer accident, he's been on movie sets for decades. There's no way he doesn't know basic safety protocol for these things.
