It's actually really rare for a baseball player to bat right and throw left, it's pretty rare either way, most players bat and throw with the same hand, but it's far more common to throw right and bat left, and most switch hitters are right handed throwers. Rickey Henderson is a notable exception, he batted right and threw left. This has nothing to do with the video, other than Jimmy making the analogy for McCaullife. I just thought it was interesting.

Juice — The Self-Proclaimed Satanic Chosen Tribe this prompted me to look into it a little more, not only was I right, but there's a bizarrely high amount of right throwing, left batting players that were the best of all time. Like Ty Cobb, Ted Williams, Wade Boggs, Yogi Berra. It's really interesting. This article says that approx 2% of all players going down to little league are R/L, but that jumps up to 12% at the major league level, and even more to 32% when you look at the best players in history through analytics.
