And Jimmy is being very disingenuous by framing it like Gutfeld is saying they "want" to live on the streets, they don't have a whole lot of options, due to their own bad choices, and of those limited options they choose the streets over a shelter or staying with family. But it's not like that's what they want, they just don't have the means for any other option they would rather have.

  2. There are shelters in every major city, people choose to live on the streets instead, because they can drink, do drugs, and panhandle. This is very well known, I know Jimmy feels obligated to do the "help the homeless" shtick, because he's a progressive, but it's not grounded in reality.
