@leftview6819 Tim knows about progressive politics, that's why he's not a progressive.

@theotherorange3586 Tim presents both sides of an argument, but he typically does say which side he's on. His entire show is pretty much him giving his opinion about political issues. I really don't understand why people claim he's dishonest or disingenuous, I can't think of anyone who provides such a balanced portrayal of events without trying to hide their own biases.

@justinrivet1085 not to mention the US is the most medicated nation in the world, by a tremendous margin, and one of the unhealthiest nations too.

That's a little misleading, all that means is that fewer people are registered as a Republican or a democrat. Of the "independents", the majority of them almost always vote for the same party, so they're not exactly independent. They're just not registered under a party

@anthonyelwick3600 kinda. Libertarian is a tricky word to throw around, because it's so broad, I think Tim would describe himself as center left/libertarian. But just meaning he's more libertarian than authoritarian. Not quite the same as calling yourself a Libertarian, as in little or no taxes, little or no regulation, he's definitely for regulation on the market, more so than a conservative, more in line with traditional liberal.

@justinrivet1085 it's hilarious how the same people who mouth fart about free health insurance are also the people who talk about "body positivity" and every other brand of shirking personal responsibility possible. So basically, they want to just sit around and eat Taco Bell all day and medicate themselves on 37 different anti depressants and mood stabilizers, not work, AND they want someone else to pay for their healthcare. All the while talking about how everyone else is selfish.

Meanwhile, they clap and cheer for the actual tear or ists in BLM and antifa.

Most people always or almost always vote for one party or the other though. There are just more people who aren't registered as a Republican or Democrat, that's what "independent" means in that context.
