  1. It's amazing how many people have forgotten about that, or just don't care that much. I'm not even buying that it was an accident, I never did from day one. I think it was deliberate and premeditated, he figured he could get away with it by making it look like an accident, and someone else's fault. And sadly, it worked, even though it wasn't even a well thought out plan.
