He's probably not a "real" antivaxxer because a lot of vaccines are effective, and very beneficial. It's not a one or the other situation, medicine is complex. Just because some of them are more dangerous than beneficial doesn't mean all of them are.

@nonotorious1467 and it's typically not that dangerous when you're a kid. It becomes more dangerous if you somehow dodge it and don't get it until you're an adult, that's when it can have serious complications. Shingles are no joke, it's not usually life threatening, but it sucks ass and you definitely don't want it.

@brianesbaugh6897 there's always gonna be propaganda coming from all sides, politics isn't pretty. But a fundamental difference between the thought process of a leftist, and everyone else, is that leftists want to be part of an in group, desperately. They'll go along with anything they think they're supposed to go along with. Right wingers and independents tend to actually view things on a case by case basis, and make up their own mind based on what they know. That's why it's so hard for people to break out of the leftist matrix, it's not just a political belief, it's more like a religion, it's their personality. It's not impossible, but most people don't change that much.
