Every time a pro abortionist uses an example of an extraordinary situation, all you have to do is ask them if that's the only time they think abortion should be legal. Obviously, it's not, they think all abortion should be legal. So it's extremely dishonest for them to try and use any kind of rare circumstance to catch you in some kind of trap.

@DrFraiserCrane exactly. It would be like if I say "we should make all murder legal!" And you respond with the very rational, "no, let's not", and my response to that is "well what about self defense??" As though those are the same things, and if you agree with self defense being legal, you have to agree with all murder being legal. It's completely absurd, and extremely dishonest.

@spacecowboi5466 when you consent to sex, you consent to more than just that. There's disease, emotional trauma, and yes, pregnancy that could result. Assuming she wasn't forced into sex, she wasn't forced into pregnancy. She made a decision that has risks. Bodily autonomy is not a valid argument when there's another body inside of her.

Good. If people don't want to have kids, I don't want them to have kids either. I just don't think killing an unborn baby out of convenience is an acceptable way to handle that.

@deborahfox4206 I don't think anyone is saying having a vasectomy when you're older and already have a family is a bad idea, there's not a lot of controversy there. But those numbers maintain relatively consistent, for the overall numbers to be rising so much would suggest more men are having them younger.
