@dontcare7086 the word "slave" comes from "Slavic". The majority of slaves throughout history were white, and white people are the only ones who don't cry about it. Because history is history, you can't change it, nobody has collective guilt because of what their ancestors did, and nobody should get collective victim points for the ancestors either. It's all so exhausting.

@nicky611 there is nothing a regular person can ever even hypothetically do that would make them worse than a communist. Communists are the lowest form of life that's ever existed, the sludge at the bottom of a pond has more moral value than a communist.

@RunninUpThatHillh it's a tricky situation. We've seen what communism does, and what it is doing in the west still to this day. It's tempting to just say we should ban it outright and jail all communists, the world would definitely be an objectively better place if there were no communists walking free among normal people. The problem is, you or me won't be the ones deciding who the communists are. You give government that power, they will 100% assuredly abuse it, and the people getting arrested for being a Communist won't be communists at all. It's far more likely the communists would be the people arresting normal people for being communists.

@Coromi1 democrats haven't gone full authoritarian yet, because there isn't enough public sentiment to support it. Most democrat voters are normies that pay attention to politics for 5 collective minutes a week and pretend like that means they're informed. I'm not trying to say that every political faction is exactly what they say they are, but Nazis were absolutely socialists, and Nazi followers were absolutely socialists. The entire economic platform of Nazis was that the "chosen" people should all have all the resources they need, at the expense of anyone they can take it from. That is what socialism is.

 @roadtonowhere497 sure, why not? I don't think enough people are a big enough fan of any of those people to do it, but there isn't a principled reason why it shouldn't be legally allowed.
