  1. Numbers don't lie, but they don't tell the whole truth. Find me a mediocre baseball player and I can cherry pick some numbers that make it seem like he's the greatest of all time, find me an elite player and I'll cherry pick different numbers to make it seem like he's not that great. You can manipulate numbers to make them say whatever you want them to say, if you're speaking to an audience that doesn't understand the subject in any detail.

  2. It's pretty crazy to think about all the nonsense most of us believe still, even if you're aware of this kind of corruption in science and academia. There's definitely a lot of things that are only loosely related to politics, that you probably never thought of in that way, and have been skewed and filtered through the "authoritative sources".

  6. Some of these people are so insane they're actually disappointed that we haven't burst into flames yet. They're not smart enough to understand that there's nobody to say "I told you so!" to if we're all dead.

Ask any archaeologist that's discovered something that doesn't align with the established timeline of human history, or any climatologist that's discovered anything that doesn't mean we're all gonna burst into a fireball of hell within 50 years. They can relegate you to the "crackpot" bin within seconds if you step out of line.

Communists try to flex their power by convincing stupid people everything else sucks, Nazis at least tried to actually become powerful. And no, this is not an endorsement of Nazis or Nazism, this is just how inept and completely inferior communism and communists are.
