  5. Another thing I've noticed recently along these lines, is that Biden has been talking about "making people pay their fair share" in regards to taxes. Which is implied that he's talking about the top 1%, or whatever other high income bracket, but he's not saying that anymore. And "fair share" is a subjective term. So he's basically saying they're going to tax everyone what they feel like is their "fair share", by not specifying what he really means. And I doubt many people have noticed this.
