  1. Let Hollywood fail. The time where that was where you needed to go to make high quality movies has passed, anyone with a keen understanding of tech and a modest amount of capital can make movies these days. The only reason Hollywood is still clinging to life is because it's the place to be, where most of the most notable names operate out of. Name recognition isn't going to keep them alive forever, especially as they actively tarnish their own names.
