  1. Sorta. From what I understand, Fox didn't fire him, they just cancelled his show. So he is still technically employed by Fox, and does have some legal constraints.

  2.  @gideondejongh838  well he can tell them whatever he wants, but if he's still legally employed by Fox, they do have certain legal leverage over him.
