  4.  @stevieMoonlight  "but Texas is bad too!" Ok, maybe not the best. But I would be willing to bet that the average waste and emissions from Texans per capita is far less than in most blue states. And would bet even more money that the overwhelming majority of emissions and waste comes from the handful of blue cities in Texas, and not just because of population volume either, it would make that same bet on a per capita basis as well.
