I don't think humanity is ready for multiculturalism. Maybe we never will be, who knows, but people seem to overlook that international travel is still relatively new in the grand scheme of things, at least in its modern form, where people can freely travel just about anywhere. For thousands of years we only lived around our own people, and when different people came to your land, they probably didn't have peaceful intentions. It's pretty arrogant to think we can just erase that in a couple of centuries.

There's this movie called "Beyond the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon", about a group of college students that are doing a project on this guy who wants to be a real life Jason Voorhees/Michael Myers slasher killer, and from the beginning of the movie he's telling the students they're going to be his first victims. And then he actually does start killing them, and somehow they're all surprised. He's just kinda like I told you I was going to kill you, I said that as soon as we metš¤£š¤£š¤£ The communists have been telling us what they're doing for decades. We didn't take them seriously. At least not enough of us took them seriously enough.

The people who complain the most about how terrible everything is are the root cause of everything that's terrible.

The average person today has access to better dental and medical care than John Rockefeller. We have access to the world's collective knowledge in the palm of our hands, at a moments notice. Clean drinking water, an abundance of food. I'm guilty of it sometimes myself, because a lot of our political turmoil is pretty damn bleak, but when it comes to everyday life, we have it made pretty good.

Ā @miniondaechirĀ why do you say that? Human intelligence hasn't really changed a lot over the millennia, sneaky war strategies are as old as war.

Ā @evolassunglasses4673Ā fun fact, every person that has ever started a comment with "wrong" is an insufferable douche bag, and their parents don't like them. That's just science.
