Trump is such a perfect example of how far the US Overton Window has shifted left in the last few decades, he's actually pretty damn liberal if you can look past all the noise and tribalism and actually assess his positions. He's just not a completely insane socialist like most of the Americans who claim to be liberal. He's not extreme to the right at all, he's only extreme in his opposition to the far left establishment.

  2. Death by a thousand cuts. This is just one of numerous angles, but Democrats have been appointing activist judges for decades now, while Republicans still try to play the middle road. So more and more, things are being tilted in favor of the far left in court cases, not usually one big case, just millions of tiny little pushes, only going in one direction. People don't easily notice how far things are shifting when it only shifts a little bit at a time.

  3. ​ @wile-e-coyote8371 plus when we sweat, we just smell like sweat. It's not pleasant, but it's normal. Sweaty black people smell like 300 dirty socks shoved into a tiny jar.
