@007kingifrit for real, he's serving up to a life sentence, mostly in solitary confinement, because a druggie was spazzing out and overdosed.

@jvtherrien I disagree, Floyd was already having trouble breathing before he was even restrained, Chauvin was not cutting off his breathing by kneeling on his back and base of his neck. If that were the case, Floyd would have stopped breathing within a minute, probably well before an entire minute.

@Alex_Fahey 100%, if Floyd hadn't been restrained he could have been working his heart rate up even higher and likely would have died even more quickly. Not to mention that he could have potentially harmed any officers or civilians in the area. The most you can honestly say Chauvin did wrong was staying on him too long, and even that's pretty sketchy since you never know with crackheads, they can play possum for minutes at a time and then pop up and go tasmanian devil on your ass. Easy to look back on in hindsight but not so easy in the moment.
