  1. ​ @SansSentiments it absolutely is culture though, and that has a correlation with race. Not in the absolute, obviously, but certain races do have more or less of tendency to embrace a culture of criminality and victimization.

  3. ​ @EnsignRedshirtRicky "human right" is a nebulous term used by leftists because it's nebulous. They can just insert anything they want and call it a human right in an attempt to manipulate the conversation. Self defense is a negative right, meaning it cannot be granted because you have that right just by virtue of existing, it can only be taken away. Free speech and free movement are also negative rights. Positive rights are granted by the government, like the right to a fair trial, or social safety nets.
