  1. The part I can't quite make sense of is that it seems like China is the real enemy now. I don't know if that's Russia and China working in unison, or if it's just meant to divert us from the real threat, or if Russia failed (kinda) and China just picked up where they left off. Or some combination of those things, or something completely different that I have no idea about.

  4. There's actually a better argument that there's no such thing as right wing authoritarianism, because one of the key differences between the right and the left is individualism vs collectivism. And it's pretty difficult to achieve authoritarianism without some form of collectivism. But, I would still concede that Nazis and fascist ideology certainly have a lot of right wing components, because I'm not a dishonest hack like all leftists seem to be. But I still wouldn't call them purely right wing ideologies.
