Comments by "Mark Zuckergecko" (@markzuckergecko621) on "Vegans Are Gross" video.
Unfortunately, those kinds of vegans seem to be the exception, not the rule. And maybe that's just because the internet amplifies crazy, and the crazies always have the loudest voices. I admittedly don't know too many vegans in real life. But it sure seems like there's a lot more crazies than normies.

@jane---489 don't you love how this is a video about vegans being crazy, and the crazy vegan shows up in the comments to act crazy? You really can't make this shit up.

@bakerboat4572 I think it depends, a lot of people smoke weed and it's really not that big of a deal, you wouldn't even know it unless you're with them when they're smoking, it's not a big part of their personality. But then you got the pothead types who are constantly talking about it. Personally I don't think it's that big of a deal, I smoke once in a while but I don't really like it that much, I don't have any problem with people smoking though. As far as drugs go, it's probably the most harmless.

That's like being shorter than Danny DeVito, but somehow still not a midget.

@nucleargrizzly1776 oof, vegan and cross fit. Is she trying to be the most annoying person on the planet?

Seriously, it's the unearned sense of moral superiority they have. Not all of them. But the ones who are chill and just want to do their thing aren't the ones we're talking about. They don't even care about "reducing harm" or any of the other things they claim, that's just a front to give themselves a justification to be an insufferable prick to everyone they encounter. If they actually cared about their cause, they would be more polite about it and try to present themselves as rationale, happy and healthy, so more people would want to go vegan. Whenever someone from a particular group is immediately aggressive and condescending, you know that they're in that group as a virtue signal more than for the reasons they state.

@anarcho-savagery2097 yea but no. Killing something to eat it isn't the same as kicking a dog for no reason. Everything eats, and with the exception of plants that just absorb sunlight, something has to die for you to eat. That's just how life works. Surviving is not immoral.

I had a ton of pet mice, for about 20 minutes before my bearded dragon ate them.

Yea I've always wondered, if everyone just stopped using deodorant, would the armpit smell be off putting still? I mean, within a generation or so, that would just be how people smell. We would probably get used to it.
2
@grrinc I've wondered the same thing with women and shaving, men are so used to women having smooth legs and armpits and all that, but if they all just stopped, within a generation or so it would just be normal.

@Stringer13ell I'm sure that's just your vegan mind glitching out and you misspoke, but just because I have the internet doesn't mean I don't need to eat to survive. Everyone needs to eat, and plants are living things too. There are no moral implications to killing something to eat it, none whatsoever. That's nature. And before you even start with the "sentience" argument, that's complete nonsense, that's just an imaginary line in the sand that vegans drew to shrug off any legitimate criticism of their obviously faulty arguments from moral superiority. If you don't want to eat animals, that's fine, I don't give a shit, but it doesn't make you a better person than anyone. Being a condescending jackass about it makes you a worse person than most people.
1
@Stringer13ell or maybe it's because there are no moral implications to eating meat, as I've clearly stated and elaborated on. But sure, just keep making up shit that I didn't say if it makes you feel better.
1
@riel0563 hey man, women love that meat smell. Very primal.

@user-gu9yq5sj7c who is trying to convince anyone not to be vegan? Nobody gives a shit if you want to be a vegan, we're just telling you that you're insufferable douche bags and you don't have some make believe moral superiority over anyone. It's not particularly healthy for you, at least not without taking a great deal of effort to supplement your diet with nutrients you don't get from eating exclusively plants. But that's fine, I don't give a shit. I'm not the healthiest person on the planet either. People tell you plain as day, over and over and over again, we don't care if you're a vegan, we care about your ridiculously unearned ego about it. The same as I would with anyone who acts like an insufferable douche bag.

No, he sucked, he just didn't suck as bad as Stalin. Which is like being just a little bit taller than Danny DeVito.

@bakerboat4572 oh it's definitely not good for you. But compared to coke or meth, or pills, or even alcohol, weed really isn't that bad. It's not nearly as physically addictive as most other drugs, I do think there's some element of addiction but it's not the same, most potheads just really like to smoke weed. Trying to quit isn't the same as a smoker or an alcoholic trying to quit. Honestly I think it should be legalized, or at the very least decriminalized. But it already is in a lot of states, and I generally don't like sweeping federal legislation unless we're talking about something that causes harm across states. Weed is not that. It's fine kept at the state level.

@jhoughjr1 lmao, I fit pretty loosely into the stereotype in my late teens and early 20s. Not fully, I wasn't one of the hacky sack playing, tie die wearing, why can't everyone just be cool, man? Hippie types, but I did hang out with some of them too, and I smoked pretty much every day. Just kinda grew out of it some time in my early 30s, not that I think everyone who smokes is immature, it's just not for me.

I knew as soon as I saw the title that this video would get raided by the vegan cult. Those Looney tunes must just periodically search "vegan" on YouTube so they can dive into the comments and start screaming at normal people. They're not well.
1
@Mister-Six dude, I couldn't believe that was real the first time I heard of it. I'm sure the people who make those videos are full of shit, obviously they have to eat something. But think of how many dummies watch those videos and actually genuinely tried it themselves.
