  2. This is basically the lefticles' $15 min wage proposal, but in reverse. Because everyone with a functioning brain tried to tell them that artificially changing wages without changing anything else would just raise the prices of everything, and I think enough people with functioning brains knew this, so it didn't happen. So the elites said well damn, we couldn't crash the economy with the min wage thing, let's just raise the prices of everything and then the min wages after that to create a universal serf class. All going as planned.
