  1. It's because they all actually have something of substance to say, and they respect that. When you see panels all shrieking over each other and trying to be the loudest voice in the room, that's usually because they don't really have anything of value to say, but they want to make sure it doesn't seem like anyone is smarter than them.

Society really needs to find a middle ground with how we address mental health, we should give people the necessary steps to address things and be healthy, but we also need to emphasize that in the end its up to you, and having a mental health problem doesn't give you a free pass to operate outside of societal expectations and be a drain on the community around you for your entire life. People also need to take care of their own families, and stop acting like the government is going to do it for you. Because they won't. No matter how much money you give them.
