So in the future they can propose horrifying ideas and sell them the same way, by saying it's really no different than this other thing thats not horrible, therefore it's not horrible!

  4.  @sik3xploit  lmao, in a way, yes. If you really want to get into the weeds, the main difference is that communists value equality to a degree that blinds them from everything else, and fascists value tradition in the same way. But the end result of that hyper focus looks pretty damn similar.

I don't think that's a question that can be honestly answered in a hypothetical way, it's like asking if someone would do (x) horrible thing for (y) amount of money, you may say no way, but that's a completely different question if that large sum of money is actually right there in front of you, and the question is no longer hypothetical.
