I have an ex girlfriend that had 2 abortions before she had her daughter. I didn't know that until after we were already pretty seriously committed, and there's something seriously wrong with that woman. She doesn't seem to actually care about her daughter, she doesn't seem to care about human life at all. She kinda pretends to understand normal human emotions, but I don't think she really does. It's creepy as hell, I don't think she actually likes her daughter, she seems to view her as some kind of parasite that escaped from her. I dodged a bullet, but the poor kid is stuck with that for life, she's going to hate herself as much as her mother hates her.

Any time someone says "slippery slope fallacy", ask them to point to a specific point where the slope stops, and why it stops there. If they can't, it's not a fallacy.

@editedforprivacy207 I think loyalty is a dying virtue, that almost exclusively remains among men. And not all men. I'm not gonna lie, I think mine might be gone, I hope not, but it's hard to really have that in your heart when it's already been given and broken. I don't think I'm alone either. True loyalty really is one of those golden bullets, once you give it you can't really have it back. Or if you can, I haven't figured out how.

@Pazyryk100 lol, no I'm just some dude that dated her mom for a few years. I don't mean shit. I'm a pile of diarrhea as far as any court would see, best case scenario for the girl is her mom just loses interest and her parents take custody. But that won't happen, her daughter is a permanent excuse for her to get sympathy from random people, and free stuff. She'll never give that up.

@davidweikle9921 yes I agree, unfortunately I had to learn that by losing a significant part of my soul that I'll never get back. The kid still has it. I'm pretty damn stubborn.

@justinwhite2725 it's sort of like the drug debate, and I know that sounds absurd, but when people say smoking weed is a gateway drug, they're only mostly wrong. If someone is a hopelessly addicted drug monster, they definitely smoke weed. Even if its not their thing, I doubt someone is gonna offer them a joint and they're like nah, I don't do that. It's the same with degenerate sex addicts, someone who just sticks their stick in anything round isn't gonna be like nah, that's a little boy, no thanks. They're gonna be like hey round hole, cool. Obviously not everyone gay is like that, but everyone who's like that is at least kinda gay.

I think we've reached the point in civilization where religion can no longer be used as a blanket justification for morality. If you personality believe that way, that's fine, that's you, you're a person, you have an opinion. But when you say "as a Catholic" and the Pope and practically every other high ranking Catholic figure has persistently abused children, throughout the entirety of catholicism, that really just doesn't carry any weight.

@grannyklampit1710 the dad is an abusive drug addict. Of course after being with her mom for a while, I started to wonder if he was like that before they got together. Because she's extremely emotionally abusive, he may have been fucked in the head before they got together, I don't know, but I'm definitely fucked in the head after being with her. He may just be weaker than me and gave in and took it out on her physically. Don't know.

@CoryTheRaven you nailed it, and it's important to understand the difference between a universal, or nearly universal line in the sand where something will logically stop, and your own perception. Like I'm not gonna eat raw meat, I prefer my steak at least seared. But that doesn't mean nobody will ever eat raw steak. What you said makes complete sense, about consent, and I agree. As long as it's a consenting adult human, I don't really give a damn what people do in their private time. But there's a clear and precisely defined line. There had to be consent. That doesn't exist with the left. They have no moral boundaries. Their only boundary is "it's ok if you don't get caught". No morality whatsoever.
