@kora4185 they make me think of that really old Simpson's episode where Mr. Burns gets a bunch of major league baseball players to play on the company softball team, and he keeps harassing Don Mattingly to shave his sideburns. So he does, and Burns still tells him to shave his sideburns, and then he shaves a bald spot from one cheek across his head and all the way to the other side, and Burns still tells him to shave his sideburns, until he's completely bald..... And Burns still tells him to shave his sideburns. That's how hard it is to be a "real leftist", according to leftists, it's like shaving your sideburns, according to Mr. Burns.

@taigar.2085 it was actually a parody, the Yankees owner from the 70s to 2000s, George Steinbrenner, made a rule that Yankees aren't allowed to have any facial hair. I think it's even still in effect today, his son is the new owner after he died. I think they relaxed it a little bit where it's not a hard rule, but still strongly encouraged. It's pretty weird, you would never notice until someone pointed it out, but none of the Yankees have beards, half of the rest of the league does.

@famalam943 I wouldn't consider him a full ally, I agree with his views on free speech and covid mandates, I appreciate him going against the leftist grain in those regards, and I like his videos for the most part. But he's still a bat shit insane far lefty.

@halo2d what's even more insane is that the left sees it as "hypocrisy" if you say you agree with JD on some things, but not on others. They genuinely think you have to either completely agree, or completely disagree with every political figure. Not even realizing that they're always going to be twisted up in hypocrisy and double standards, since none of them all agree with each other.

@berserkasaurusrex4233 yea but I just completely tune him out when it comes to any kind of economic policy, and especially M4A. He's shamelessly dishonest when it comes to those topics. I mostly only agree with him on social and ethical issues.
