  1. American universities are overrun with activists, it's nearly impossible to get anywhere in academia if you don't play ball, and "play ball" means carry water for far left ideology. It's really sickening. Politics should not be forefront in universities, except in courses that deal with politics, and even then, they should be teaching what happened, and what other people believe. Not telling the students what to believe.
