I like to just toss in a weird fact about myself upon introduction, like "I'm Mark, and I think ketchup is for French fries, and you're a monster if you put it on hot dogs", or "I'm Mark, and I thought my mom was my sister until I was 36".

@tysonvslewis12 I've always said there should be 2 distinct categories of DWI, if you're drunk and cause an accident, that's absolutely malicious and you need to be charged and punished accordingly. But if you're just drunk and driving, and didn't break any other laws, that's completely different. I'm not saying it's ok, and I understand why it's a crime, but it's one of the only things we accept as a potential crime, nobody was actually hurt, nobody intended to hurt anyone, but we still punish the person just because someone could have been hurt.

@suzybearheart530 that's a good parent that understands that kids will rebel, but you also have to draw some boundaries as the adult. That's what the left doesn't understand. Telling a kid or a teenager no isn't hate, it's love. It's our job to keep them under control to some degree.

@suzybearheart530 seriously, when we grew up, all these kids who think they're make believe genders would have just gone through a goth phase or something like that. Difference is it's quick, easy, and painless to just stop dressing in all black and hating everything. It won't be so easy to reverse any damage they do like "reassignment" surgery.
