@dankdaze42069 that is how life works. People start off in different situations, but you can always work to improve on that. There are people who have an easier life than you, but there are also people who had a much harder life, and accomplished much more than you. Stop making excuses and do something.

Even if a ton of money fell in my lap tomorrow, I would still work. I would probably reduce my hours and ask for less responsibility, if money wasn't an issue, and I would take time off whenever I feel like it to be with family. But I can't picture myself just sitting around and having money, except when I get old.

Exactly, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a paying job, but most of us need a paying job to get by, so it typically serves both of those purposes, if you're doing it right. All these lefties think they're unhappy because they don't have enough money, but nothing would ever be enough for them, no matter how much they have, they always want more. The real reasons they're unhappy is because they don't have a purpose, and because they're burdened with constant guilt because of how horribly they treat everyone. They may seem like monsters who don't care, and that's partially true, but on a subconscious level, they know they're no good, and that's why they're never happy. They want to drag everyone else down.
