@daniellepatrioticexpat1022 no, not really, I don't have a lot but I've earned what I have, and I don't expect anything more. Because I'm not a greedy and selfish socialist, nobody owes me anything because they have more than me, and I don't owe anyone who has less than me. Fix your own life, take personal responsibility. Try it, just for once in your life. You might actually like the feeling of accomplishing something because you actually did it, instead of just begging for a handout.

@paulgoogol2652 I never said it's completely determined by talent and intelligence, you still have to do something about it. There are plenty of people born into wealth that piss it all away, and plenty of people born into nothing who rise into wealth on their own. You just have to find what you're good at and do it, it takes dedication and drive, but nobody is going to do it for you. Crying about the state of the world and expecting a handout has never helped a single person, not one. It does nothing but cause harm. The closest I could come to saying there's a positive effect for your kind of rhetoric is that it gives normal people something to laugh at on the internet. So thanks for that..... I guess.

@paulgoogol2652 how you spend your money matters a lot, I always hear socialists crying about "living wage" and other bullshit, but don't want to actually learn any skills that might make them more of an asset to a company. But they also don't ever look at the other side of it, you can make less money go a longer way by living more conservatively. Almost all Americans spend way too much on nonsense they don't need, and I'm not even trying to say I'm not guilty of that too, but Im also not crying about how it's someone else's fault I don't have more money. You can't have it all, you have to decide what really matters the most to you and live your life that way. This is basic adult stuff. I don't understand how so many people don't understand anything about life whatsoever, its mind blowing.

@LazyLoonz what if that's the biggest unknown factor of the Drake equation? Whether or not a civilization has TicTok, or something similar, and if they can actually survive past it and get to interstellar travel, or if that's the beginning of the end of said civilization, and they go extinct.
