  3. I'm grown up enough to admit when my dad was right. He couldn't stand her years and years ago, I was always a lot more generous to her. I can't stand identity politics and all of that kind of bs, but she actually seemed like she was genuine to me, she didn't always play that look at me, I'm ghey so you can't criticize me crap, so I had a generally favorable view of her. I don't really care, because I just don't care about day time talk or anything like that, but when my dad would mention it I would just be like, come on she's alright. Nope. He was right. I was wrong.

  7.  @vanessastegall  I understand that, but if they want to keep their personal life personal and don't want to answer difficult questions, they shouldn't agree to the interview. It's not like these videos are of aggressive paparazzi ambushing them outside of a grocery store, these are high profile interviews on high profile shows, that they get paid an assload of money to do.

  8.  @staC-wh6ik  sure. Really makes you wonder why all the dramatic reactions. They could just say "I don't want to answer that" or any other similar response to politely avoid it. It's almost as though they're reacting emotionally on purpose, to get publicity. But celebrities wouldn't do that would they?

But you don't get a cookie because of any combination of those things, you can like whatever you want to like or be whatever you want to be, and I don't have to give a shit.

  10.  @swoop_88  it's a senseless and pedantic distinction, that's only meant to blur the line between X and Y, so people's minds can be molded into believing any kind of completely insane nonsense. Like a person can be a dragon just because they say they're a dragon. No, a person cannot be a dragon. And yes, dysphoria exists, and yes, people have varying degrees of "manliness" or "femininity" according to how societal norms view those things, but that doesn't mean that a man that isn't particularly manly is a different gender, it just means he's a man that isn't particularly manly. With only rare exceptions, sex and gender align with one another, a spider has 8 legs, by definition. But a spider with a missing leg isn't something else entirely, it's still a spider. We don't have to change language to redefine what a spider is just because 100% of them don't always have 8 legs.
